A fantastic apartment only a short walk away from central Inverness. The facilities were new and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower and bathroom were excellent. The whole space had everything we needed, including a well stocked kitchen and a washer-dryer combo (which we desperately needed after several days of hiking before coming to Inverness). The parking permit was also very useful, as it let us park in a quite wide area around the apartment.
Nothing at all, our stay was brilliant! I would just note that the apartment is on the third floor which can only be accessed by a fairly steep set of stairs which some people may find difficult, but we had no issue with it.

Bev's check in instructions were timely, concise, and accurate. The flat was conveniently located to the city center and bus/rail lines. It was super clean throughout with all amenities including good wifi, an amazing shower, and a surprise bonus of a washer/dryer. We have been touring throughout Scotland for 5 days and this has been the best lodging by far! Reasonably priced, conveniently located, with great amenities and a responsive host. Highly recommend!
Nothing. It was amazing.

Everything!!
Sounds petty but a mirror in the bedroom would be helpful & an outlet in the bathroom.
