One of my favourite guesthouses in Georgia. Super comfortable and clean, plus awesome value for money. One block away from town centre although restaurants and shops 1-2 min away. 10-15min walk away from Mrgvali Lake which is great for birdwatching. Highly recommend this guesthouse - I will stay here again if I’m in the area.

For the price, this en-suite room was excellent. We're not talking 5* posh hotels here, but for the area and price this was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well looked after. The town is not for tourists, but more of a stop over to other places. But the town felt safe and had shops, banks and a few restaurants - one next door to the hotel which was very friendly and provided well cooked food, if a limited menu.

The shower head needed changing because it was cracked, but apart from that, the room was very good.

Everything was perfect! Thank you. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious, very clean and well equipped. There was a kitchenette on the ground floor of the hotel, which the guest can use. Everything you need is nearby (restaurants with local food, bakery, ATMs, vegetables and fruits, taxi, minibuses...). We really enjoyed our stay. If we are lucky enough to be in Ninotsminda again, we will definitely choose the same accommodation. Ninotsminda offers amazing nature, authentic villages and very warm-hearted people.

We wish we could have stayed longer! The accommodation is great and we recommend it to all travelers planning to travel to the Ninotsminda area.
