Guest house Likani 2017

Clean, well-equipped kitchen (only missing perhaps a kettle), friendly owner, right next to a nice hiking path in the forest.

I visited in summer, the guesthouse is in the attic of a building and felt significantly hotter than the lower floors. I stayed in the small (2 person) room, there is just one small window which didn't do much to cool the room. It seems the bigger (3 person) room isn't as bad in this respect, there are more windows (and a better view). In less hot seasons I can imagine no issues with the place!

The apartment has plenty of space and you can access hiking trails and the National park through the back yard. It’s located on the third floor of a building. We had the junior family suite and enjoyed the two balconies with great views. The hostess was accommodating and quick to fix a miscommunication we had. The apartment is quite homey. It’s a 20 minute walk to restaurants and stores and a 30 minute walk to Central Park. Parking was easy. We wanted to spend our time in Borjomi in the forest so this was a great choice for us.

The address was incorrect on the listing so it was at first difficult to find. If you search for the National park visitor center you will find it. It would have been nice to have darker curtains in the bedroom so we could sleep in past the sunrise.
