Everything was as described on Booking. Nice and comfortable stay, very clean. The property owner was waiting for me to do check-in in the middle of night due to my late flight. Everything went smoothly. Breakfast was homemade and nice.

The host was very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was very good with nice options to start the day. The room was clean, cozy, and well prepared, which made it easy to relax.

Uniquely beautiful and spotless house. I’m especially grateful to the super kind and helpful owners. I recommend it to those who come to Kutaisi. Convenient location, quiet place, comfortable. The facilities are flawless; the building is beautiful, Spotless, brand-new towels, and washing machine, refrigerator, dishes, glasses, and full kitchen equipment await to make your stay unforgettable. the owner’s wife makes delicious breakfast. I loved the omelette and jam. The owners have thought through everything to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay for the guests. Well equipped for travelers with anything they might need. The owner let me check in very early morning, it was very kind of him. Thank you. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family, and would happily return here next time.

The cleaning overall was looking okay, but there was an half toilet paper in the bathroom. You should not leave the same toilet paper in the toilet because it was used by the previous guest(s) before you. Especially in the toilet where there is nothing between shower and toilet, it is not acceptable. Also there're micro staines on the towels.
