Amazing breakfast, big portions, quality diverse food, might be tailored to your personal preferences. Fantastic terrace upstairs! Payment is cash only, but you can check-in and pay whenever you have it on you.
For an annoyingly picky person, it was slightly, just a little bit dusty in the room, nothing borderline unwell, because otherwise the room was super clean and very well equipped. The wifi was slower upstairs but re-connecting helped the issue (maybe it was my phone issue after all).

Amazing view of the city (probably the best you can get in Kutaisi), the host Mamuka is very friendly and welcoming and really made our stay a memorable experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was also provided to us despite our very early check out time. We enjoyed our time so much we came back without a reservation two days later!
