Excellent and I'm going back. Friendly family, charming and well equipped room. Cozy bed, everything is perfect. Also location is just around the corner. Sweet owner prepared breakfast on my wish time, so all the best about this accommodation.

It was clean and quiet plus away from the street. The kitchen had an electric kettle, microwave and fridge. Hot water was plentiful. Provided some toiletries. Move garden area. Great location!
Bathtub was cracked so water ran over floor. I was looking forward to a nice hot bath after my hikes. Bummer! Toilet didn’t flush right and water kept running so had to intervene to get it to stop. Wasn’t a big problem.

There are probably little bugs chewing woods, you can hear it during the evening time to time.

- fine location in the middle of Mestia and a bit off the main street
- a usual rented country house in a 3rd world country--you don't expect too much quality there--and it fits for an overnight stay after backpacking in the mountains, or as a "base" for hikes in the vicinity
- I could not bare having my tea in the kitchen, let alone cooking there (uncleaned and messy)
- everything is old, worn out or chip DIY-built/repaired (as actually expected)
