Vlakbij zee, het strand.

Er was een misverstand over de toegewezen kamers. De bedden zijn verschrikkelijk, je voelt het ijzer in je rug.

Room was clean and bright, big panoramic windows, close to the sea shore. Host was really polite and eager to help when needed at every step of our communication. Everything worked very well, wi-fi was good and stable, water was very hot and always at a good pressure. Enough towels and blankets. Parking behind the house. Place to sit and have breakfast outside.

It was too loud for us and our 2 kids. We stayed on the second floor from the front side. Just right above the kitchen. The music from restaurant "Kazbegi" played very loud 5 nights long until the place finally closed for the next season. So we couldn't really get a sleep in time and have a proper rest (that's what we really wanted on the sea). Same with some companies of other guests who was loud down below our balcony and turned on music loud even when it was late. But the host also helped with other guests' party and asked them to turn off the music. Also all the cigarettes' smoke from the outside got right into our room, so we often couldn't keep the windows open. So it's better to book or choose rooms which are higher or which are not from the front side, if loud music and smoke from smoking people can be really bothering you. Otherwise you can choose any room if this doesn't bother you at all.

Хорошее место за свою цену. Общая кухня внизу, столики на кухне и во дворе. Мини холодильник и чайник в номере. Свой балкон.

Нет навеса от дождя во дворе, но это мелочи

- If you want breakfast for 10gel expect just basic one - the lady downstairs isn't nice at all
