This house was perfectly located just a couple blocks from the Stalin museum, so perfect location. Leah, the host, was the sweetest lady and felt more like a mother than a host. She felt like the definition of Georgian hospitality. The bed was very comfy and everything was neat, tidy and cozy. I 100% recommend this place!

The owner was very nice and polite. We didn't have dinner, but others did, and it looked great. Amazing location. Close to the Stalin Museum.
I think this accommodation just wasn't for us. It seemed like you were living with the host and using their bathrooms and kitchen. The downstairs light was on for a long time because the owner was sitting in the living room. We could not sleep. Also, the doors to almost all rooms are very noisy.

Lia is a great host, she was always friendly and welcoming and even helped me getting to Kutaisi!
The room was clean and comfortable. The position is also perfect, a quiet and beautiful street close to the city center. I could even do my laundry for a very good price! The best guesthouse I have ever been to :)

The guesthouse is in a very central location, within walking of the Stalin Museum and park. It was easy to find and the host was good about storing our tandem bicycle. The bed was comfortable. The host recommended a local restaurant which turned out to be good. We eat well. So what was the problem?
We stayed in some recently built accommodation behind the main guest house. The bathroom was at the back of the unit. It did not have any external ventilation and instead relied on an extraction fan. The fan wasn't up to the job. So the whole unit was damp. This may not be a problem in the summer when it is hotter and you would probably sleep with the windows open but we were there in October and it was a problem.
