Straight and to the point. If you are looking for no frills, clean bedroom 2.5 kilometers away from the airport, you get the great value for the money. I would recommend..

We chose it because it closer to the airport as our flight was early in the morning.
Hotel is a bit run down, nearest restaurants & market are 800m away and you need to walk thru very local residential area I would not feel comfortable to walk after dark. Their breakfast starts at 8am, so they gave us 2 raw eggs each and we need to cook them ourselves a night before 🤪.

This place has a really good location that is quite close to Tbilisi Airport. The taxi to the airport was about 15 minutes. It's great for a one night stay during a layover to catch some sleep before your next flight. The shower was nice and soap was provided.
The bed was very stiff and uncomfortable. Toothbrushes were not provided. The AC was broken in the room they gave me, and this was during a humid summer day, so that was unfortunate. There was also a spider in a ceiling corner but it did not cause a problem. The value you're paying for is mainly the location.
