Boutique Fantasy

The Location of the hotel was bang in the middle of the old city and all local attractions were just few minutes away.. the staff were too nice and genuine... :D

1) there were no proper markings on the front to find this property.. I had to go up and down the street until finally an English speaking person showed me the way. 2) the Genius breakfast that came included with the room was toooo normal, which included coffee and few cold cut and croissant.. this was a disappointment..

I had a lovely stay. The location is perfect, right in the center of town, which makes it very convenient. The unique atmosphere inside the house feels a bit like a hobbit cave: cozy, unusual, and memorable. I think it’s a great place to stay for a few nights, especially if you’re looking for something different from a typical hotel experience. Breakfast was also a highlight. I really liked the homemade khachapuri and coffee—it felt warm and authentic. Place is clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. I would also like to mention the staff: there is one woman who manages everything herself, and she is very kind and pleasant. She clearly makes a big effort to take care of her guests

The only minor downside for me was the limited amount of light inside, which made the space feel a bit dim.

The uniqueness room

Lovely thoughtful service, the lady kindly prepared a different breakfast each day, partly store-bought, partly hand-made. The room was everything you can wish for from the pictures.

If you're looking for a spacious hotel room with all the luxuries of room service, bathtub, and a feeling of secure surroundings, this isn't for you. This is for those of you wanting to take your wife on a romantic adventure. Enjoy.
