Great location, comfortable, kind staff, highly recommended for budget travelers.
There were small holes in the wall around the corners where bugs might easily hide. But I didn't see any bugs on my trip fortunately.

Great location near the Avlabari subway station, perfect for spending a few nights in Tbilisi and visiting the city. The owners are super super nice, there was an issue with the air conditioning in the room I had reserved but I was reassigned to a new room at no charge. The area is very quiet at night so you’ll get plenty of rest. Highly recommended for budget-travelers

For the price amazing quality in the heart of Avlabari. Just steps away from the. Metro, Spar supermarket and nearby a lot of sights. Friendly and helpful staff. Nothing I could complain about

这家住宿唯一的特色就是好找，我是在找不到其他的订了的酒店后找到这里的，当时我朋友住这里，我看比较好找就找老板当面预定了回到第比利斯的房间，他没让我看房间，说都住满了不方便，然后趁我不注意修改了价格，我以比通常价格高出50%的价格预定了房间，而且是不得修改和退款的。好吧，自认踩坑，入住后发现一间房的空调是坏的，水像瀑布般流在下面的电视机上，导致2天里都开不了空调。床品也是和没换过似的。总之一言难尽
