Sunflower Hotel

Lady is amazing. She was waiting for me, offered help. I asked for iron, she give in the same moment. For budget stay this place is really good. Location is great, walking distance to city centre.

A little difficult to find, with no signage out the front. This is not strictly a hotel, instead it is a pension just like most other accommodation in Georgia. Neighbourhood is generally a bit dilapidated but that's not unusual for Georgia either!

Wonderful guest house. Beautiful old design, with a nice garden. The room was really spacious, with a chair and a desk where I could work, and the air-condition was great. Kathia is the best host ever. She is really amazing. Everything I needed was answered, like reading lamp near the bed, she even stored my extra luggage for when I will come back in a few months!!!! we had a very interesting conversations about Georgia and the neighbourhood where the guest house was located. She speaks good English so it was very convenient. I felt very comfortable and relax, like living in a relative house.

No soundproofing at all. You can’t even fart in private. you hear every move of your neighbours, every word even they talk very quiet.
