Sergo! He is the host/hotel owner, is very welcoming, and attentive. Also gave me tips on the essentials, without even having to ask for it (getting from a to b, supermarket/restaurant recommendations, etc.). Very handy. I had room number 2 on the ground floor and it wasn't very luxurious, but it has everything you need and it's clean. And for the price, you can't ask for much more. The location: the hotel isn't in the center of Tblisi, but isn't far from Samgori subway; about a 10 minute walk. The subway brings you into the city center in about 10 minutes. Top-tip: don't let the slightly rough exterior of the hotel put you off!

Nothing really. The water pressure isn't great at times and I spotted a couple of ants here and there on the floor, but so what? Nothing to make a fuss about.

Clean, comfortable bed and temperature in the room. Everything you may need is provided, very helpful owner. Stayed for 1 night in between flights, so also convenient - just 10 mins from airport.

The Owner very much available to satisfy all my request, the pick up and drop off service was very helpful, very good position near the airport and main facilities, very good wifi, room very wide and clean, very useful kitchen available, cleaned and organized.

Большой минус выезжать на рейс самолета ночью. Но гостиница не организовывает трансфер, так как ночью не работают.
