Central location
This is not an hotel, but apartments complex in which the owner is partially staying (doesn’t feel so private). The smell of the bathroom is not that good (sewer). You can’t control the temperature in the room, so it was too cold at night even with the central heat on. The toilet and the bathroom facility were a bit malfunctioning (in one room the faucet was clogged and on the other, the toilet stopped working). On same price, you can get a 4-star hotel in near by Gudauri (off season)
