Grimis Villa

The owners were extremely pleasant, super friendly and incredibly helpful. I had a personal issue on arrival, and they were extremely considerate and understood my situation. if it was not for this guesthouse I would have had an extremely unpleasant start to my vacation. I could not have chosen a better place to book a night. I was really stressed out being in a different country and they made me feel at ease with amazing hospitality and extremely excellent service. Even though I am a native English speaker we had no troubles communicating. The perfect place to stay. incredibly relaxing, super clean and tidy and very affordable. If I could rate this guest house more than 10 stars I absolutely would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Very nice place for a long weekend, like Easter - both Borjomi and Grimi's villa. It was rainy and Grimi, the landlord was so kind and proactive to call in advance and meet us at the bus station to make short but very helpful transfer to his premises. And in honor of Easter next day he brought us full dish of homemade kebabs and appetizers, filling and delicious. Despite the rain we went on hiking around, very rewarding, and after returning to the guesthouse dried our wet things on warm battery, very easily.

Both windows from the room open to some sort of a corridor, so it seems always like before sunrise or after sunset. But it depends on the room: we needed separate beds.
