Korzystna lokalizacja zaraz obok fontanny Kolchidy i sklepów, blisko do Baraqa :-). Są 3 sypialnie w dwóch są dwuosobowe duże łóżka, w jednej dwa oddzielne łóżka. Do tego salon z fotelami i stołem. Pomieszczenia są ułożone wzdłuż bardzo długiego korytarza, co przy krótkim pobycie zupełnie nie przeszkadza. Bardzo korzystna cena. Ogrzewanie jest gazowe tylko w salonie i kuchni - z tych pomieszczeń ciepło rozchodzi się do sypialni i łazienki.
W zimie trzeba spać z otwartymi drzwiami sypialni, bo inaczej ciepło z grzejników w salonie i kuchni nie dochodzi do pokojów. W pokojach nie ma żadnej lampki nocnej. Klucz w zamku sprawia problemy - miałem kłopoty, żeby otworzyć od zewnątrz - przydałoby się nasmarować. Jeśli to wynajmiesz, to sprawdź z gospodarzem czy dajesz radę zamknąć kluczem i otworzyć od zewnątrz, żeby potem po nocy nie dzwonić.

Будинок ідеальний для великої компанії чи сімʼї. Три спальні, просторий зал, зручна кухня. Є все необхідне для проживання. Єдине, немає мікрохвильовки, але для нас це не було великою проблемою. Ліжка зручні, інтернет стабільний, гаряча вода постійно. Помешкання буквально в двох кроках від центру.

Maiya is such a lovely and helpful host!
Even though she doesn’t speak English, we communicated perfectly using Google Translate.
The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures — very clean, with comfortable beds, clean sheets and a cozy atmosphere.
The location is also great, just a 2-minute walk from the city center.
Great for families or bunch of friends 😉
Highly recommended!
Just a small note:
The entrance to the property requires climbing a set of stairs, which might be a bit challenging if you're carrying heavy suitcases.
Other than that, everything was perfect!
