Apartament jest duży, przestronny i czysty. Łazienka posiada dużą wannę i zawsze ciepłą wodę. Dodatkowo właścicielka okazała się wspaniałą i utalentowaną kucharką, dzięki której mogliśmy spróbować tradycyjnych, lokalnych potraw w najlepszym wydaniu. Z dużego tarasu jest widok na miasto, a w tle ośnieżone góry. Polecamy wszystkim ten apartament. 😊

The host is amazing, she has been super responsive, kind and helpful in any possible way ( I really appreciate the check in at night). I got upgraded to a huge family room, surrounded by a cute garden with few chickens. The room is new, clean, adorned with artistic details made by the owner. You have the experience of living nearby a lovely Georgian family. The place is tranquil with a beautiful view, near the Botanical Garden. It's about 20 min. walk to the city centre or less then 5 min by taxi, but it's a pleasant walk along the river Rioni.Nearby you have a supermarket and a bread shop.I'd definitely will go back if in Kutaisi.

this property was advertised and listed as a hotel while it is a guest house where the family is living on the first floor and the rooms are on the ground floor. during the night they will unleash their dog and warn you to go out otherwise, you will get bitten by their dog. that's weird!
