Out of town up a fairly steep hill, so nice views from the rooms. Still quite near some local restaurants. Bagrat himself is friendly but speaks no English. Price is in line with what you get, so it's value for money.
Basic room facilities, poor shower, bad drain smell in bathroom no breakfast provided (but you can get tea/coffee in the kitchen).

My partner and I stayed at Bagrat's for 2 nights and we enjoyed exploring the area so much! Bagrat welcomed us with a smile, wine and some snacks. He also helped us with everything we needed during our stay. His house is very beautiful, with several rooms, kitchens and big garden to enjoy the sun. Waking up in the morning with the sound of the birds and the view of the trees was amazing. It was lovely chilling with him in the evenings and chatting.

Everything worked and there was the use of a kitchen with limited facilities.
They seemed unprepared for guests but sorted out a room within 15 mins. The kitchen was filthy when I arrived but they got it moderately clean before I needed to yes it. The rooms at the front get too much sunlight and are scorching by 7.00am. It’s a steep hill.
