The room was spacious and very pleasant compared to the others which we have experienced in Georgia for about the same price.
Just the steep climb to the location but the positive side is that we got a good workout which we did not mind at the end of our stay.

The owners are very pleasant. The rooms are big and very clean. The owner was preparing breakfast upon our request. Definitely recommend this hotel. Location is also very good, it is about 10min walk yo the city centre.

Very good and clean room. Helpful family. The location is a bit hard to get to by car because of the steep grade, but we will remember how the family and neighbors helped push our car with a broken AWD. Superb breakfast!

We arrived quite late at 02:30, owners were waiting for us and even offered us a late breakfast. Next time we’ll be in Kutaisi we will stay here again!
