La famille est très gentille, la vue depuis la terrasse sur le sanatorium très belle, le jardin est beau et reposant. Et l’environnement calme, je recommande !

Location better than expected, in a spread out campus of old ruins it's right where you want to be. With a fine view of one of the old dilapidated sanatoria. Lovely owners. Just note access is below the house, between it and lake, not above. Good kitchen to use if you visit nearby oversized village market. For the curious you can walk around the central park in an afternoon incl poking about a few old ruins that are close to the road, most are just open to the world incl the train station. Wild dogs didn't seem to be an issue.

Świetne śniadania, przyjazna atmosfera, na miejscu grzeczny i gościnny piesek. Na plus jest przestrzeń, gdzie można odpoczywać na świeżym powietrzu. Są hamaki i ławeczki.

The family that owns this place is friendly and said we could help ourselves to wine whenever we wanted it. They also provided a very nice breakfast on our first day there. The location is pretty good for Tskaltubo, which is only a small town anyway. There is also a full kitchen and washing machine for guests to use which is good.

The thing that really lets this place down is that it is neither comfortable nor peaceful. It was very hard to sleep at night as there was no air conditioning in the room and the noise of dogs and chickens nearby kept us awake. Also, the windows in the room didnt close at all and the owner had to keep reminding us to turn our lights off each time we left the room so that they didn't attract insects.
