Smell in the bathroom at night

First of all, the host was very friendly and helpful. ready to help me any time of the day. The place was great, easy to find, quiet and comfortable. you'll have a cute little garden in front of you where you can spend your free time before you go out to walk in Kutaisi streets, it's a great starting point for that. You'll have wifi in your room, brochure for contacts, air-drier, clean sheets and towels, single use slippers and a toilet paper. there was TV in the room. You get common kitchen with everything in it. All you have to do is bring some food lol The city centre is in 5-10 minutes by foot and before you get there you'll see historical streets and great scenery on the city of Kutaisi. Great place to stay, especially in this price range.

I liked everything. One thing that would make it any better is if it had more amenities, like it's in higher class hotels or hostels. that's it. it would make it perfect I guess.

Clean and spacious rooms. Good ac in the room.

The location is close to the centre, however there is a bill hill to walk up. And with a stroller I opted for a taxi most days. I prefer to be left alone in an apartment. The kitchen was good but not connected inside, so if it rains you have to go outside. It was hi in the kitchen, no ac. It would be a very welcome addition to have a kettle/ tea making facilities inside the rooms. The garden was not quite as I expected from photos.
