Расположение гостевого дома на очень оживленной, популярной и современной улице Ильи Чавчавадзе. Здесь очень много молодёжи, студентов университетов. По всей улице очень много магазинчиков, бутиков, маркетов и супермаркетов, таких как Agrohab и Carrefour, ресторанов и кафе. Улица очень длинная и можно удобно добираться на автобусах и метро до Старого города и ж/д вокзала (от метро Руставели). Мне очень понравилось расположение!
В гостевом доме на 3 этаже три комнаты, две из них с выходом на террасу и улицу Чавчавадзе, третья комната с одним окном. Плюсом является санузел в каждой комнате! Но маленькая кухня 1,5х1 метра. Все необходимое для кухни есть. Хорошая большая кровать и белье, холодильник в номере и на кухне. Слышимость соседей, всё-таки, была. Старый Тбилисский дом без лифта.

Были 7 дней и все понравилось! Удобное местоположение, быстрый интернет, коммуникация с арендодателем.

Я була там зі своїми батьками чотири дні. Знімали два номери. Номери були чисті та дуже затишні . Дуже чудова тераса , де ми проводили дуже багато часу . Є кухня де є все)) 3 хвилини до автобусної зупинки. Є магазини поряд кафе та ресторани де дуже смачно готують. Все було супер 👍
