You won't find a better value nor location for a short term stay. Rooms were clean and bright, and the premises was meticulously taken care of. The owner/manager is very trusting and the cleaning staff very helpful. It operates more like an ultra-micro boutique hotel with a shared living space. A cross between and Air BnB, bougie hostel, and a hotel. Best of all worlds. And you can't go wrong with the view overlooking the Wine Factory. One of the best locations in Vera district and in Tbilisi overall. 10/10 stars.

Some very minor maintenance issues (mirror light) I've addressed privately with the manager that will be easily rectified. Nothing that affected my stay at all. Overall, this historical property is a gem and a great find if you can get it.

Nothing I didn't like. I rented it for my sons who were traveling in for my wedding and they enjoyed it.

I did like the fact that every single detail in the property was well thought.. I could feel that the owner cared for guests comfort and well-being.

No lift but stairs were also fine to use

The place is clean. There is hot water, air conditioning and heating. You have to turn on the heating yourself. The heating heats the room but also dries the air. It's good to have a kitchen, we only prepared breakfast.

The beds are incredibly uncomfortable, we woke up several times during the night. The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator, the ceiling is very high so you can think of it as the fourth floor. It is difficult to go up and down and since it is a bit far from the main attractions, you have to use transportation. This also means an extra fee. I used the cancel reservation or change dates option on booking.com and shortened my 4-day stay to 2 days. The hotel owner came to take the payment in the morning and raised his voice at me and kept saying you are a liar, you should have told me that. I must say that the owner is very rude and inconsiderate.
