The best place to stay in Tbilisi. Everything is excellent. Super clean with beautiful interior. everywhere is well organized. I love the public balcony which is shared with local residents. Comfortable with good price. The owner lady is very kind, friendly. There is kitchen and coffee tea.. Washing machine is free to use anytime. I appreciate 🌍🍀🌷

EVERYTHING (AGAIN)! Had absolutely NO hesitation returning to Manana's 🏠 after 24hrs in Sighnaghi ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Neighbourhood fantastic, yr living among locals, bakery almost opposite. Building - according to Manana - is 200 years old but interior of flat is 💯 Soviet - & I mean that in a v good way 👏 We were able to cook (well equipped kitchen), use the machine way & hang clothes outside (which Manana brought inside & folded without being asked) - HOME AWAY FROM HOME 🇬🇪❤️ If you consider yourself a traveller ✅ & not a tourist ❌ you shouldn't think twice 🏃💨

The place was very nice, staff friendly, it had everything I needed for a good price. The location was also very convenient, not far from bus stop, close to the city center. The bathroom was also very good.
The house had also very artsy look, with paintings and decoration all over the place, very nice.
I didn't have a problem with it, but I've noticed it mentions "soundproofing" in the description - it is very far from soundproof, you can hear literally everything from the other rooms and street, which might be disturbing for some light sleepers or people who want to have privacy
