Its Homey, very clean inside. Madam Khatuna is so nice, so hospitable. Mr. Giorgi is so accomodating, thou we didnt meet him in person but he is so actively replying with the queries you need. Mr. Joe he is like a father in the guesthouse, he will make u feel safe. Its like home far from home. Neighbourhood is nice, center in everywhere. U can walk going to the center and to those tourist places within tblisi.

Building is very, u need to use the stairway.

The location is good (right by Liberty square and the metro, a shopping centre, old town is walking distance). The bed was comfortable. The room was warm enough. The place was very clean, including the shared bathroom. The host was very kind and responsive.

The place was really noisy with thin walls and a wood floor that creaked a lot and woke me up. My room was located right by the kitchen so I could hear ALL the kitchen noises and there was a table right outside my bedroom door where people would sit socialising. I could literally hear every word... both through the thin walls to the room next door and through the walls to the kitchen. I really felt a lack of sleep because of this and would probably not stay here again because of this. My room was number 4... I think if I was located in a room on the opposite side further away from the kitchen it might have been better.

The location is perfect, it’s just 7 minutes walking distance to liberty square. I can recommend this place.

In the toilet there’s no bidet. But the rest is fine.

The price was affordable, the hosts were very kind and understanding, and there were many shops and restaurants nearby.

I had an unfortunate experience which is not likely to happen often, but I was physically attacked by a male that followed me to the property. The main door did not have a lock and you have to go up 3 flights of stairs to get to the room. The lighting is dim and the security cameras weren’t operational. Because of these circumstances, I was physically attacked for several minutes before anyone could even hear me. I would not feel safe staying here again. The room in the guesthouse itself was secure and the hosts were very kind and generous.
