I booked a 12-bed dorm, but when I arrived, I was told it was already full and was instead given a 6-bed dorm without any prior notice or consent.
The room did not have any charging facility. When I asked about charging my phone, the staff member responded rudely, telling me to “go and find it somewhere in the kitchen or outside.” Shortly after, at 12:30 AM, I was asked to vacate the hotel immediately, which was completely unacceptable and unsafe at that hour.
Despite having already paid in cash for the next three days, the property refused to refund the amount. On top of this, they demanded an additional 10 Lari just to charge my mobile phone using another port.
This experience was extremely disappointing due to poor management, rude behavior, and unfair treatment. I would not recommend this property to other travelers.
