Good Location: Very convenient transit options—only a 700-meter walk to the Station Square metro or 1.4 km to Marjanishvili. Convenient Shopping: There is a Carrefour supermarket nearby for easy grocery shopping. Wonderful Hosts: The owner’s family lives on the first floor and they are very nice and welcoming.

Poor Lighting: The room doesn't get enough natural light and feels too dim in the evening. Need extra lamps. Shared Facilities: There is only one combined bathroom/toilet for 3 rooms, which can mean sharing with up to 6 people. Cleanliness: The kitchen area could be cleaner.

This is the perfect place to stay if you're looking to catch the early morning direct bus to Mestia. It's only a 10-minute walk to the Station Square bus stop. The guest room is on the second floor of a private home, with the host family living on the first floor. The affordable price includes a shared kitchen (with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and induction cooktop) and a washing machine(it's not free) The double room even has a rollaway bed, so you can sleep separately. The house is easy to find. it's right on the road, and there's a number 12 sign next to the entrance, so I found it easily even in the middle of the night. Take bus number 337 from the airport and it's a 10-minute walk. I walked around midnight, and it wasn't dangerous at all.This is a simple home. Don't expect luxurious amenities. Considering the price you paid, it's a great value for money.

The lighting is dim. It would be cozy if there was a lamp.

Nice family guesthouse in a great area of Tbilisi, very quiet. Good for couples.

Bit too quiet for solo travellers

There was no water facility on the second day. We struggled to take bath after the whole day tour and use even the toilet. and the owner was asking to be quiet always. Somebody used and took their hotel towels and she put the blame on us. That felt unfair.
