Great Experience. Had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the hotel. Next door cafe serves delicious food..

Definitely location, in walking distance to/from Avlabari Metro station and Tbilisi Old Town.

There was one Ukrainian in my room and he occupies most of the space, even the extension cord which has only 3 sockets but he always occupies 2 of them. His biological clock is also strange that he goes to sleep before 9pm (upset when people turns on the room lamp) and wakes up at 4am and makes noise. I already mentioned this to the receptionist and he said he's going to talk to this Ukrainian but I don't think he did. I also requested to change to another room but the receptionist said he can't make it - I thought switching room is easy so long as there is vacancy in another room and/or there is change in the guest following check in/out.
