It’s a very good stay for a reasonable price. The hosts, Nino and her mother, are extremely helpful and attentive. Nino speaks Georgian, Turkish, and Russian, and is also learning English. She’s always ready to assist with anything. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to Dry Bridge and other central areas. The neighborhood is quiet and calm. The room and bathroom are spotlessly clean, and the bed is very comfortable.

One note: this is a shared stay. Nino and her mother live downstairs, while your private room is upstairs. The living room and open kitchen are shared spaces on the lower floor. This setup makes it more suitable for solo travelers; couples or families may find it less comfortable. That said, Nino and her mother are wonderful hosts who never disturb you. If anything, you might feel you’re disturbing them when using the shared kitchen and bathroom. This is the only consideration.
