the cleanliness of rooms, kitchen, and washroom is very good, they have comfortable bed, quiet place, its near to some tourist spot and grocery. the owner is helpful and approachable and lastly its affordable.
they should change the door lock and also add 1 pillow per bed. but this is only minimal. it can be manageable.

Good rooms
It would have been better if I wouldn't have been stuck outside my room because the door was stuck. There were some other neighbors that had problems with their door too
