The gentleman and girl with whom we had contact regarding accommodation and information, were always there to meet our questions or needs.
Every morning, the car parked under our window was started very early and ran for about 30 minutes before leaving. it disturbed our sleep a little.

Great location, within old Tbilisi. The owner was very kind. Rooms were very clean and pleasant. Wifi connection was strong. Value for money, Highly recommended. You will not regret it.
The place was not easy to find, because there was no hotel sign at all. But the owner was very helpful and he guided us until we reached the place.

Great location, near train station, Carrefour, Bridge of Peace and other tourist spots. Value for money. Very clean. Good internet. The owner, Mr. George, was very kind. Internet was good.
Difficult to find the location. There was no signboard. Need to ask owner to send exact location, but he will be glad to assist.

Great location, at the center of old Tbilisi. The owner, Mr. George was very kind and accommodating. Good internet connection. Very clean rooms. Value for money.
There is no signboard in front of the property, so it would be difficult to locate it. We need to contact the property owner to guide us how to get there.
