About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a strategic position, but not crowded with tourists. The area is quiet close to Zattere, Campo Santa Margherita, the water buses, restaurants. The house is facing increasingly sunny and airy, has a beautiful terrace overlooking a beautiful little square and a private garden. The apartment has just been restored with great care and is equipped with everything that you want. And 'an annex of another apartment that you can see on Homelidays: 6268389 where you can read many reviews on our hospitality. The house gives on the garden and communicates that apartment across the terrace, which is half of a house and half the other. When the houses are rented separately, the gate that connects is closed and a jasmine flower box maintains the privacy of each. The house is full of light, with a magnificent fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful room. Two bedrooms, one overlooking the small square and the other with a glass door that opens onto the terrace. There is a sofa bed in a very comfortable room. The great green room, plastered with mosaic and wallpaper, overlooking the garden. Its entry is independent, easy to reach from the room and the room green bedroom without disturbing anyone. The other bathroom blue gives the celestial room. The house faces the sun, and it is always lit and warm in winter. The air conditioning allows you to enjoy the light to cool in summer. You can comfortably eat in the newly furnished terrace with large table.

We wanted to be in a quieter area and quite close to transport links. It is a beautiful and well-equipped apartment and in a location that is very convenient for the Zattere in particular. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return in the future.

Zum wiederholten Mal haben wir den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen, gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Appartement genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt und die beiden Schlafzimmer samt Bädern ideal für zwei Paare. Um die Ecke im Codroma perfektes Essen am Canal - wir haben für nächstes Jahr gleich wieder gebucht.

Tolle Lage, sehr gepflegtes Apartment, etwas abseits der Touristenströme. Sehr gute Ausstattung, schöne große Terrasse. Ideal für 2 Paare. Haben uns aber auch mit 6 Personen sehr wohl gefühlt. Francesca hat uns toll empfangen. Vaporettostationen in ca 5-10 min erreichbar. Nette Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
