We enjoy staying on Lido

Nice and big apartment, enough of almost everything.

They can add some better cooking and frying pans. Also we did not know how to open the gate when leaving ( only the last day the neighbour showed the button)

Very nice stay in spacious appartment in the heart of the Lido.

Nice big appartment w airconditioning - which was needed due to the very high temperatures in Venice during our stay. Overall we have been very satisfied.

-The fuses ‘blew’ several times and there was. No explanation on how to find the fuse box. Finally after a fair amount of detective work we found the fuse box in a cupboard in the basement of the building - and we could reset it! - the remote control to the awnings on the balcony were not available to us: this was needed due to the direct sun in the morning and middle day. - some lamps were not functioning ( no big deal: I exchanged them) - we missed soap and shampoo in the bathrooms ( nowadays all hotels provide this and we don’t bring it along) - we missed instructions on how to dispose of garbage - the ‘park-meter’ on the street did not work( the display is unreadable)

one couple stayed one night, the other couple stayed 3 nights, very disappointed.

The island of Lido is beautiful, the property however is not what it leads one to believe. The place was clean but that is the only thing going or it.

It is advertised as being air-conditioned but this is misleading. There are 3 bedrooms and only ONE of the bedrooms is air-conditioned. One of the bedrooms has a ceiling fan, but it does NOT work. There is an air-conditioning unit in the dining area, but it is not working properly. The caretaker plugged a small portable fan in the living room and it did not work, there was no power going to a few wall sockets. The whole place smelled very musty and stale. .

Nervig und einfach enttäuschend. Nicht empfehlenswert

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Die Wohnungsübergabe erfolgte durch eine Dame, die nur italienisch sprach. Es erfolgte keine Einweisung (MüllEntsorgung etc..). Es war sehr hellhörig. Wir hörten jeden Schritt der Nachbarn über uns. Der Durchlauferhitzer schaltete sich dauernd ab, so dass das Duschwasser plötzlich eiskalt wurde. Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nur mit einem Trick. Das Bad war unsauber. Die Fenster waren schmutzig. Die Kaffeemaschine konnte nicht benutzt werden, da die Kanne fehlte. Es gab zwei Fernseher, jedoch keine deutschen Programme. Die Möbel waren stillos zusammengewürfelt. Über den Sesseln und Sofa lagen Bettbezüge.Auf die Mängel angesprochen reagierte der Eigentümer genervt.

Perfekt til familie med voksne børn og svigerdatter.

Stort og rummeligt med dejlig altan på 3 sider.

Vi er ikke så glade for syntetisk sengetøj, da der er svært at komme af med varmen. Men ellers alt godt.
