Großartige Lage, ein Penthaus mit großer schöner Terrasse, Panorama-Fenstern und spektakulärem Blick über die Lagune (wenn der Nebel es zulässt 😉). Stilvolle maritime komfortable Einrichtung mit Liebe zum Detail, sehr bequemes Bett, hoher Wohlfühlfaktor. Freundlicher umsichtiger Empfang durch die ‚Dame des Hauses‘ (auch deutschsprachig). Nur einige Gehminuten von der Bootsanlegestelle Lido - perfekte Anbindung in jede Richtung. Insgesamt ziemlich einmalig! Schön!
Küchenausstattung ist mit Stil aber etwas knapp ausgestattet (Geschirr, Gläser). Eine Kochmöglichkeit wäre wünschenswert - es gibt nur einen Toaster und einen Wasserkocher. Möglicherweise fürchtet man Brandgefahr, da das Penthouse in Holzbauweise auf das Dach des darunter gelegenen mehrstöckigen Hauses gesetzt wurde?! Und für mich etwas zu viele Do‘s & Dont‘s Hinweise und Schildchen. Aber ist wie gesagt nur mein persönliches Empfinden…

Prachtig uitzicht, superschoon, op loopafstand van winkels etc.
Bij een langer verblijf is het fijn als er naast het bankje ook een fauteuil beschikbaar is.

We had no hot water for 80% of the stay, we did try reception but got nowhere and so we emailed, it put a real dampner on our stay. No email response, even as yet. Would be reluctant to recommend it unfortunately.
