Spectacular everything - location, views, quality of the apartment and furnishings

We found this is the ideal location to stay when visiting Venice. The view of Venice and the channel between Lido and Venice is fantastic, the car ferry from Tronchetta to Lido was delightful, and the commuter boat rides back and forth between Lido and Venice were a highlight of each day. It's just a short walk to the commuter boat terminal. If you like boats and the water this is the place for you. Plus the gorgeous views, decor, and furnishings of the apartment are truly exceptional. We had no complaints whatsoever.

Only one suggestion - a coffee pot that whistles for the induction stove would be a nice addition - the existing coffee pot is a bit too quiet so you have to watch it like a hawk.

We felt privileged to stay in such a lovely property and look forward to returning soon.

We stayed in the penthouse suite and the view over the lagoon towards Venice is truly beautiful. The outside space is spacious and the furniture is clean and comfortable, with lovely potted plants adding to the pleasant ambiance. Indeed, the entrance to the property has attractive greenery and plants that are well cared for. The suite has a nautical theme throughout with lovely detail and presented to a high standard. Practically, plenty of space, comfortable double bed and helpful additions such as a coffee machine and small fridge. The maid service was unexpected and appreciated. Having stayed on Venice Lido a number of times over the years, the suite was comfortably the best accommodation we have stayed in.

Nice but cold

We had no hot water for 80% of the stay, we did try reception but got nowhere and so we emailed, it put a real dampner on our stay. No email response, even as yet. Would be reluctant to recommend it unfortunately.

The apartment has a great terrace with an extraordinary view. It is very close to the ferry station. you need 15-20 minutes to Venezia. I would strongly recommend this great place in a beautiful island Lido.

We liked everything! The apartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The view over the lagoon was fantastic, the owners were very helpful. In fact the apartment was probably better than we expected, we felt the photos on the website don't really do it justice. It was also convenient for getting the boat into Venice, about a 10 minute walk away with shops and restaurants close to the boats.

If I had to find something it would just be the light switches on the walls! They are lit up with a blue light, which is a good idea if you need to find your way in the dark, but if you don't like any light at night then they are not great.

Outstanding nautical design & decor with wonderful panoramic view both day & night of the Venetian islands. Few minutes walk to beach, supermarket and the amazing “Pizzeria La Trattoria” restaurant - where the locals go for dinner at 19:00. Try the pasta carbonare & a custom pizza with the house wine for two - under €20.

We spent 5 nights in the "Roof Suite with Terrace and Lagoon View" in July. Good location with a fantastic view! Both the room and the beautiful terrace are exactly like in the illustration pictures and maybe even better in life! Quick check in and check out. It was easy to communicate with the owners both before and during our stay through messages in Booking.com. The property is near the beach. It's also very easy to get to Venice from the property: just go about 8-10 minutes to the vaporetto station (Lido S.M.E. station) and you always find a vaporetto which goes within a few minutes/reasonable time to Venice. Everything was fantastic, I would love to come back another time.

Almost everything was perfect. We didn't realize from before that the room was not supposed to be cleaned daily but only supposed to be reset daily and that the towels are only changed every 3 days. All in all it wasn't a big problem.

Superb

The appartement is very well placed and has a wonderfull view of Venise! It is well équiped even if there are not enough glasses (5 for water ans 5 for wine) and plates in the kitchen , and the fridge is very small for 5 persons.

The location is gorgeous and the terrace was amazing with a lovely view.

It’s a property which has an identity problem. It doesn’t know if it’s a boutique hotel or a bed and breakfast or Airbnb. I think for the price it should have offered a good breakfast and so it felt a bit penny pinching.

Sensationelle Sicht auf Venedig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll und vermittelt nicht den Eindruck einer Ferienwohnung, sondern als sei man bei Freunden zu Gast

Angesichts der exponierten Lage an der Uferstrasse natürlich auch etwas geräuschvoll. Und die phantastische Terrasse bleibt vom Wind und der massiven Sonneneinstrahlung nicht verschont. Draußen muss man das dann eben hinnehmen, drinnen hat man durch die Klimaanlage keine Probleme. Und der einmalige Blick entschädigt ja auch für alles

atemberaubende Ruheoase

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit atemberaubender Aussicht, schöner noch als auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl und zu Hause gefühlt. Das Apartment erinnert an das Innere eines Schiffs, mit vielen liebevollen Details. Das Bad ist geräumig und hat ein Fenster, auch wenn die Dusche tatsächlich sehr schmal ist. Wasserprobleme wie in anderen Bewertungen hatten wir gar nicht. Ein Fahrstuhl fährt - anders als befürchtet - fast bis ganz nach oben ;) Die kleine Küche war außerdem eine nette Überraschung, die man auf den Bildern nicht sehen konnte. Außer einem Herd fehlte es an nichts- etwas mehr Besteck wäre vlt schön. Der Weg zur Wasserbusstation ist kurz und führt direkt am Wasser entlang. Die Station ist in Sichtweite. Der Ort ist nicht zu überlaufen und bietet eine angenehme Ruhe im Vergleich zu Venedig. Wir würden immer wieder hier buchen :) Danke auch für die freundlichen Begegnungen.

Minimale Kleinigkeiten sind nicht der Rede wert. Tipps: mehr Auswahl an Kissen, stärkerer Fön, mehr Duschgel (wie ursprünglich wohl vorgesehen), mehr Besteck und Teller, Grundausstattung an Essig und Öl, Herdplatte/Ofen, konkrete Infos, ob/dass Kaffee aufgefüllt und gereinigt wird usw.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft

Tolle Suite, sehr individuell eingerichtet, mit kompletter Ausstattung (Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher inkl. Kaffee und Tee) und großer Fensterfront. Die riesige Dachterrasse, mit Blick auf Venedig und die Berge, einfach grandios und ein echtes Highlight. Dazu sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eccezionale: vista mozzafiato e appartamento accogliente. Perfetto

Tutto: vista mozzafiato sulla laguna con tramonto spettacolare, arredamento casa stile barca molto distinto, possibilità di fare colazione e set di cortesia caffe, the e zucchero a disposizione, tostapane e bollitore. Check rapido e anticipato con proprietario (siamo arrivati alle 13h invece delle 14h)

Nulla, do solo un paio di suggerimenti: se deste un cuscino in piu sarebbe ideale per chi nn dorme sulla schiena e prevedere il microonde ovvierebbe la problematica di non avere i fornelli per scaldare cibo pronto se non si ha voglia di uscire e godersi la vista. Cmq rime tutto perfetto :)
