Biennale 252

The location is wonderful - so close the via Garibaldi for local shops, bars and cafes and then to the stunning view of St Marks Basin with 2 reasonably priced cafes with one of the worlds greatest views. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and mostly cool enough in the extreme heat when we were there (+30 degrees). It was good for 6 people and can go up to 9. Two good bathrooms, a good well equipped kitchen and a zig zag balcony that can just about seat 5/6 at a pinch.

It can be a little noisy in the evening but that is a small price to pay to love in a local, friendly area complete with nearby cats! It would be good to include a floor plan in the listing as we spent ages trying to work out where the balconies were and if the rooms were fully divided or just partitioned.

Wir waren zu viert in Venedig um die Biennale und andere Kunstausstellungen anzuschauen. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet alles, was man braucht um eine gute Zeit zu verbringen. Die Lage ist großartig, in der Nähe der Via Garibaldi sind sowohl der Coop-Supermarkt als auch Bäcker, Gemüseschiff und Metzger schnell erreichbar. Und auch gute Restaurants. Für die Biennale ein perfekter Ort: sowohl Arsenale als auch die Giardini sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben jeden Tag ausgiebig und köstlich gekocht.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Ein Toaster wäre vlt. noch gut…
