Charming 4 bedrooms Apartment with Amazing Terrace and Fairytale Garden

Ideally located in the heart of Venice, near Campo Santa Margherita and Zattere, this classic house with frescoes is newly restored and is tastefully decorated. The apartment entrance is on the first floor, where it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very large and bright living/dining room overlooking the garden, and a fully equipped kitchen. But the real charm and uniqueness comes from the outside: the kitchen opens to a beautiful veranda, equipped with heating so you can take dinner or breakfast also during winter, then our terrace with loungers for lazy afternoons. A small staircase is leading down to our private garden - a former "orto" (kitchen garden for the whole neighbourhood - a true haven of peace in the burst of Venice. The garden is full of trees and wild flowers, but mostly it is home to our three turtles - who are very welcoming to our guests, especially if bringing some fresh fruit and veggies! On the ground floor, right on the garden, there is a independent little house with two beds, bathroom and kitchenette.
Our house is within 10/15 minutes walking distance from Piazzale Roma and S. Lucia Railway station, as well as from Campo Santa Margherita - very lively square with plenty of bars, restaurants and local food stalls - and Zattere. The closest waterbus stop is S.Basilio, roughly 200mt far, with direct connection to S. Marco, Giudecca, Biennale and Lido
