Cocoonr invites you to discover this charming flat, located in one of Toulouse's most beautiful private mansions, the Hôtel particulier de Bonnefoy, dating from the XVIᵉ century and listed as a historic monument. Set on the 2ᵉ floor, this 50m² flat, which can accommodate up to 4 people, comprises a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Bed linen and towels are provided. All that's missing is your presence to enjoy this exceptional place.
The accommodation comprises
- A large living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave...
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 with double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Not forgetting the characterful communal areas: bricks, terracotta floor tiles, Capitouls tower...
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, hairdryer, washing machine, etc.
The flat is ideally located right in the centre of Toulouse, in the popular Carmes and Saint-Etienne districts, so you can take full advantage of the mix of architecture, history, gastronomy and art of living in this cosy atmosphere.
Located just a few minutes' walk from Place du Capitole, it's in the city centre, close to transport links (metro, bus, bike station) and Toulouse's must-see places (Cathédrale Saint-Etienne, Place du Capitole, Quartier des Antiquaires, etc.) and in an exceptional location. This flat is perfect for a business trip or for exploring the Pink City from a very central location.
The area:
- Visits: in the heart of the historic district, you are a 10-minute walk from Place du Capitole, 7 minutes from Place Saint-Georges, 1 minute from Place Saint-Etienne, in the heart of the Croix-Baragnon district.
- Going out: you can walk to the city's many restaurants, cafés and museums.
- Food: A Monop in Esquirol, just a few minutes' walk away.
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby pay car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Toulouse train station, about 15 minutes by car (5.4 km)
- Nearest airport: Toulouse airport, about 17 minutes by car (10.1 km)
- Metro Carmes, line B or Esquirol line A
- Cycling: VélôToulouse stations are located a few metres from the accommodation (Station no. 25 at 1 rue des Tourneurs).

Le Grand Croix Baragnon "Beautiful, convenient apartment in Toulouse
We were met at the apartment by the very kind, helpful, and informative Antoine, who oriented us to the apartment and offered suggestions for the neighborhood. We found the apartment spotless and with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and easy stay in Toulouse. The location of the apartment is ideal. It is a quick walk to both metro lines, as well as the best shopping and dining, but the apartment is incredibly quiet since it is on the back side of the building’s courtyard. Comfortable beds and strong air conditioning further ensured good sleep. We very much enjoyed our stay and are grateful for our kind host!"

Le Grand Croix Baragnon Lovely apartment with lots of character (& stairs!) in a quiet, safe area and walking distance from everything city centre. All the amenities we needed! The host was helpful too

Le Grand Croix Baragnon "Lovely apartment in a safe, pretty location in the old part of the city
🙂 Location was perfect in the old part of the city. Lots to see and do within walking distance. The metro was about a 4 minute walk too which was great. It was a very quiet, safe location. The apartment was clean with a nice bathroom and well equipped kitchen.
🙁 Air conditioning unit was good but it was on the wall of the living area so bedrooms were a little warm at night. Fans in the bedroom would be useful"
