About this apartment rental
Cocoonr/Agency offers you this charming 80 m² flat with air conditioning and Wi-Fi which can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located on the ground floor in a courtyard. Located on the ground floor in a courtyard, it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower and bath) that has been completely redone. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
Please note: work is currently underway on the building’s roof. The façade is presently covered with protective sheeting, and this is expected to remain in place until around mid-February 2026.
The accommodation comprises
- A 35 m² living room with TV area and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Public transport :
The apartment has a parking space in the indigo parking lot in the basement of Place du Capitole, a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is only accessible via a pedestrian zone, so you won't be able to park your car in front of the apartment to drop off your luggage.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Metro: Capitole station at 5 min ( line A)
- Nearest train station: Toulouse Matabiau (via metro line A)
- Nearest airport: via the Toulouse-Blagnac airport shuttle service
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wifi available (fibre optic)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation

This is a nice, large, fully modern apartment in the city center. It was very located to walk to all the major sites in central Toulouse, and had very good working AC which was a life saver during a heat wave we had during my stay. I also used the clothes washer to wash my clothes while traveling. A nice, quiet, large and comfortable place to stay. I definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It is off the street, quiet and complete with everything we needed. Great bathroom with a tub and shower! Only a couple blocks from Capitole and steps from great shops. The local Monoprix isn’t great but Marché Victor Hugo is one of the best!
