About this apartment rental
Character apartment for 2 to 4 people, renovated and bright with beautiful volumes, in the in the historic heart of Toulouse. All amenities on foot: restaurants, museums, theaters, café theaters, royal garden, plant garden, walks along the Garonne and in the meadow of filters. The Carmelite market every morning and of course small grocery stores open until late evening .... Access is on one level (no floor), although on the first floor of the building: it gives on two interior courtyards, one with trees, which totally preserves the hubbub of the city.
You will have plenty of storage (cupboards, wardrobes) and high-end comfort: 4G +, wifi, induction hob, large pyrolysis oven, microwave, espresso coffee maker, kettle, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, large TV flat screen, many French and international TV channels, DVD player ...
The basic culinary elements (salt, pepper, spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, flour, sugar, tea, coffee, chocolate ...) as well as cleaning products are available.
Its interior layout is welcoming and functional: an entrance hall, a corridor, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a bathroom with two sinks, a large Italian shower with two shower heads, a WC, a large living room with open kitchen, living room with very comfortable sofa bed (real bedding). A folding child bed is available.
We will be able to welcome you but we will ask you to contact us several days before so that we can agree on a reception schedule that may suit you.

Lovely flat in a great position to explore a great city, with top-class bakers, patissiers, cheesemongers and wine shops within a 5-minute walk, not to mention restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Professional and friendly hosts who went out of their way to help us sort out a problem early in the stay. Unlike many holiday lets we’ve stayed in, we got the impression this was a property the hosts actually lived in themselves for part of the year, hence with absolutely everything you’d need for a stay including full-sized fridge/freezer, espresso machine, good TV, good shower and lots of storage. Very secure and very quiet. Highly recommended.

We were most comfortable in this well-appointed, spacious, and beautifully decorated apartment. Our hosts were helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect, in the heart of the most charming part of Toulouse.

The apartment is spacious, light-filled and serene, prettier than the photos including many tasteful and creative touches, and with a very well equipped kitchen. The location was perfect for visiting many local attractions including a wonderful market that gave us inspiration for ways to use the kitchen. Danielle and Jean Marc were wonderful and responsive hosts. We hope to repeat this visit!

The location is the best, right near the Pont Vieux, bakery, and grocery stores. Less than 10 min walk to large "outdoor" market and more bakeries. Less than an hour to walk to all the historic sights and parks. Everywhere one walks, there are beautiful old buildings and quaint side streets that are vibrant with interesting shops and little restaurants.
The apt is very quiet. It has everything one might need, the appliances are like new and it has good heaters (and A/C). I really liked the firm mattress. The shower was fantastic and hot water comes on fast. I would like to return ! Thank you to the wonderful hosts !
