About this apartment rental
Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming apartment for rent in Toulouse, located in the historic heart of the old town. With a surface area of 69 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travelers, it is located on the 1st floor (no elevator). It comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room (with shower and double basin). Cleaning is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A large entrance hall with plenty of storage space
- A living room with TV area and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190), closet and desk
- One bedroom with two beds (90x190): pull-out bed
- A bathroom with large shower, double washbasin and toilet.
The apartment is ideally located in Toulouse, rue Saint Rome, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Transportation :
Here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest metro station: Line A - Esquirol station 3 minutes' walk away.
- Nearest train station: Toulouse Matabiau: access via Line A and a change to Line B "Jean Jaures".
- Nearest airport: Toulouse Blagnac via airport shuttle.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation

We had an EXCELLENT stay at this apartment in December 2025. It has all the accessories and accommodations that we needed. The one downside is of course the street noise. Nor anything to do with the apartment though. It’s a very popular thoroughfare. Also, it was during New Year’s Eve…expect the noise! Highly recommend. Hamida welcomed us, showed us around and was extremely accommodating regarding our exit time from the residence. We loved it!
