The icing on the cake: a genuine 1,000-liter massage spa to help you unwind after a long day...
Bedding:
Sleeps up to 4 people; the bedding is of very high quality:
-On the mezzanine: A 140-size bed with a memory foam mattress topper
-In the bedroom: a 160-size bed with a walk-in closet
Kitchen:
Everything you need if you want to cook—the kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, stovetop burners, a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle...
As well as all the necessary utensils :)

Bromine water treatment, water changed regularly for hygiene
And the neighborhood—Toulouse’s most sought-after district, the Carmes—will charm you with its historic alleyways and lively atmosphere (with many bars and restaurants in the area).
Since the hot tub is located in the living room, it’s perfectly normal for there to be a very faint “pool” smell; everything is optimized with powerful mechanical ventilation systems.
Also, the accommodations are not in a private house; it’s in a residential apartment building, and the only private area being rented is the interior of the apartment.
A security deposit via bank transfer is systematically and automatically requested by my reservation management software. The deposit is €300 per stay and will be refunded upon your departure if the apartment is left in the same condition as when you arrived.

Please take a few minutes to read this essential information. It ensures your safety, comfort, and a smooth stay.
🧖♂️ Spa & Safety
The spa is disinfected with chlorine.
Do not ingest chlorine tablets or drink the spa water.
Children must be supervised at all times, both in the spa and in the accommodation.
No electrical appliances may be used in or near the spa.
A chlorine odor is normal and may be noticeable in the living room and on the mezzanine when the spa is in use.
The pumps turn on automatically twice a day for filtration.
Do not touch the spa filters.
The temperature is set to 37°C (cannot be changed).
Recommended usage time: approximately 25 minutes.
👥 Capacity & Behavior
Maximum capacity: 4 people.
Please do not move, touch, or remove the decorations.
Damaging or stealing items from the accommodations are prohibited.
Parties, prostitution, drug use, and any illegal activity are strictly prohibited.
Excessive alcohol consumption is strongly discouraged.
Guests are fully responsible for the property and any damage that may occur during their stay.
The fireplace is sealed off: do not use it.
Do not attempt to rotate or remove the televisions.

The accommodations are located in a residential condominium.
Noise from the courtyard or the neighborhood is possible.

A security deposit charged to your credit card is required for all reservations.
This deposit is managed and secured through SUPERHÔTE.
The link to pay the security deposit is sent via the platform’s messaging system before arrival.
For last-minute reservations, all automated messages are sent at the same time.
The rental agreement must be signed (to protect both parties).
Penalties for non-compliance with the rules are deducted directly from the security deposit.
The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days at most (contact me if you have any issues).
🔑 Check-in & Check-out
Self-check-in and self-check-out.
The keys are in a secure box with a combination lock.
The combination will be provided only after the security deposit has been paid.

Assistance is available from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Outside these hours, I am not available.
❗ Important Information Regarding Late Arrivals
If the security deposit has not been paid despite reminders, the key box code cannot be provided.
A late arrival without having paid the security deposit does not entitle you to any refund: the dates were reserved for you.
