La situation de l'appartement est idéale et dispose de commerces (supermarchés, boucherie, boulangerie...) tout à côté. L'appartement est calme malgré sa localisation sur une place très animée (le soir).
Tout le nécessaire de cuisine, draps et serviettes est fourni (de qualité). L'ambiance est agréable.
