L' appartement est spacieux, climatisé, calme, propre et très bien situé à 2 minutes de la place du Capitole et avec possibilité de garer sa voiture au parking du Capitole
Cependant quelques améliorations et investissements sont à faire. Acheter des verres à eau, l'appartement est équipé essentiellement de verres à vin et de flûtes à champagne. Réparer la fenêtre du salon et celle de la cuisine les clenches sont cassées. Changer le matelas du lit de la mezzanine qui est très mince. Mettre un store ou un rideau à la fenêtre de la cuisine car la chambre principale donne sur la cuisine, la porte étant en verre la lumière du jour réveille très tôt les occupants de cette pièce. Les chaises de la cuisine sont particulièrement hautes et inconfortables pour déjeuner cependant elles s'intègrent bien dans le décor
