Hypercentre, between metros Carmes and Esquirol, 7 minutes walk from the Capitol, enjoy a spacious design loft classified 4 stars (Tourist Office) in the busiest pedestrian street in the Carmes district. Ultra quiet because nestled at the bottom of a double courtyard with 2 secure accesses, this accommodation on 2 levels comprises on the ground floor 53m2 an American kitchen, very comfortable sofa bed living room, large walk-in shower, separate WC and in the basement 40m2 a typical vaulted cellar in Toulouse bricks converted into a master suite with bathroom and 2nd toilet.
Exceptional apartment of 93m2 atypical located in RC / ground floor of second interior courtyard therefore very quiet with two consecutive accesses (digital code for the door of the building then badge for the access grid to the first interior courtyard) therefore very secure.
Located in the historic center of Toulouse, it is made up of:
- in RC, an air-conditioned loft of 53m2 fitted with entrance, WC, superb living room (bricks, beams, solid parquet), open fitted kitchen and bathroom with large walk-in shower
- an internal staircase leading to a magnificent vaulted cellar in Toulouse bricks in souplex also air-conditioned (air conditioning independent of the one above) and perfectly ventilated of 40m2 fitted as a sleeping area with very spacious bedroom, second bathroom with bath and second toilet.

The apartment is located rue des Filatiers is a street in the historic center of Toulouse. Made pedestrian in the 1990s, bordered by numerous stores which are gradually being replaced by food shops, it remains one of the main shopping streets in the city and one of its busiest places.
It is located 2 minutes' walk from the famous Place des Carmes (metro line B, car park / Carmes market, bars and pub, numerous restaurants, shops, mini-markets, etc.), 3 minutes from Place Esquirol (metro line A and even mini-market open during the week until midnight and on Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.), small organic supermarket, 5 minutes from the quays of the Garonne and 7 minutes from the famous Place du Capitole.
Toulouse-Blagnac airport access by bus, tram, shuttle or taxi in 20 minutes to 30 minutes.
Access to Matabiau metro station (line A) in 10 minutes to 15 minutes.

If you want to be in the middle of all that Toulouse has to offer, then look no further. For convenience, an eclectic group of about 10 restaurants and three small markets are within 100 feet of the front door. Parks and historic sites are within a 10 minute walk. The apartment itself is efficient and cozy. A few difficulties arose during our stay (stopped drain, breaker tripping), but host corrected them quickly. These difficulties should be expected in an old building in the middle of a historic city.

This apartment is at the back of a small court, so totally quiet. At the front, a door opens onto a busy pedestrian-friendly street, right in the center of town. The place has been recently renovated to a high standard. Everything works. The owners are agreeable and communicate well. In short, any time I visit Toulouse, I will want to stay here. You should know that it can be dark. Sometimes changes of level are not well marked. But in comparison with the positive aspects of the place, those things are minor. Highly recommended.

This cleverly laid out apartment is located in the heart of the lively and desirable Carmes area of Toulouse. Everything you need is within walking distance. There’s a great daily covered market just up the street and the coffee shop across the street serves fantastic coffee (they roast their own beans). The apartment owners are very responsive and helpful.

Lò was an incredible hostess. She greeted us, gave us detailed instructions for the accommodations. Step out the door and you are in a vibrant lively district of Toulouse. But still very safe We had an evening out with a friend and Lò was gracious enough to stay with our daughter / grand daughter. Thank you so much. We would definitely stay here again
