Great room: clean and comfortable. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay: washing machine, cezve for coffee, kettle, hairdryer, air conditioner. The view from the window is amazing. The host is very kind and welcoming. Location is also very convenient

As for the spa - it definitely needs an update. Even though everything is clean, it still doesn’t feel pleasant to stay inside

Great location, good for a short stay, helpful host

The best host

If I could rate my experience 11/10, I would have done so. Our host Stefan was exceptionally welcoming, he greeted us via whatsapp on the day of our arrival, he helped us find a parking slot, he also helped us with our unforeseen circumstances (we had a problem with our rented car). Also, Stefan accepts card payments (some hosts only accept cash). The flat was very spacious for 4 of us, the kitchen was very decently equipped (though we were not cooking that much, so I can't comment from that perspective). There were useful things like an iron, ironing board, washing machine, hair dryer, even tiny useful things like sewing kits, new washing sponge, etc. My son used the SPA facilities (swimming pool) which was a very cool addition. There are 2 small cafes right nearby and there is a great family restaurant a little bit further to the left of the property. There is a small terrace/balcony and I spent a great evening there. The flat is in a walkable location to the Old Town and in the meantime it is quiet and tranquil. Overall, I am very pleased with our experience!

There is no private parking, it is a street parking (approx. 5 EUR per day) and sometimes it might be a little bit challenging to find a spot during busy hours. We didn't have any problems, as Stefan explained the payment process to us and also helped us finding a space on our first day of arrival. The flat was very clean and tidy, but some distant areas like top shelves had a little bit of dust on them (not critical). As I said the flat is very very well equipped with all the useful things you need, but there is no laundry detergent, so buy one if you need to do laundry. There was no shower gel/shampoo.

Host is very helpful. Scenic path to the sea, fancy hood. Location is convenient. Plenty of stores, shops and places to eat nearby.

I don't get the point of a transparent glass front door. Everyone can see the hallway from outside.

The property was spacious and comfortable. The pool and spa were a great bonus. Stefan was a lovely and accommodating host, ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was central and walkable, and the beach a short walk down the stairs.

Parking was difficult on the street during peak times.

An accommodation that has a little bit of everything!

Our host Stefan must be one of the best ones I've ever had! He was quick to answer question and helped us a lot. The interior of the apartment was really modern and nice, and it was close to the beach. It also had a washing machine, which we appreciated very much.

It was further than we thought into town, and the floor plan of the apartment was impractical. The kitchen was insufficient when it came to equipment and space.

Beautiful and cozy apartment with a great view of the sea with friendly and helpful hosts. Also, you can relax in amazing wellness with a hot tub, saunas, and pool. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation in Herceg Novi.

• The location is probably my favorite in Herceg Novi. Savina is a really nice apartment complex, in a quite place with lots of nice looking houses, most with sea-views, & has nice beaches (some of them concrete, but also a few sandy ones). Lots of restaurants & souvenir shops are right in front of the complex on Pet Danica's walkway. Herceg Novi centre is ~10 mins walk away & Perla hotel & its beach the same distance. There was a caffe & a restaurant right next door. Market & some bakeries were relatively nearby, ~10 min walk • Our apartment had a nice sea view, was just the right size for the two of us & exactly what we expected as it is very true to the pictures. Toilet & bathroom are separated, which was unexpectedly very useful • Sole Mio Wellness & Apartments has a really nice spa in the lower part of the building & has two entrances (one is connected with the hallway leading to the apartments, & the other one is on down hill street so you can visit it directly on the way back from the beach which comes in handy). They have 4 saunas with different temperature settings, a pool & a jacuzzi. The pool is a little bit smaller & has coldest but very refreshing water, approx. 5 strokes long; jacuzzi is of nice size, a bit warmer & could comfortably fit 6 persons.

• Beware: main thing the apartment we stayed at could be upgraded with, as we were missing it & would find it very useful, is: an oven, an ironing board & an extension cord. Also there's no dishwasher, but we didn't mind it. The toilet is missing ventilation, rather has a window leading to the main hallway, which was a bit uncomfortable • While the apartment was quite comfy, there are a few things needing renovation, but we didn't mind it much: there is a limited selection of kitchen utensils & the frying pan is in a really bad condition - if you try to fry potato in it it will eat up about 70% as it's incredibly sticky & worn out. The towel holder in the bathroom is broken, but can still be used • While the apartment was completely clean when we arrived, hygiene maintenance was not the best during our stay - no one cleaned our apartment & we didn't get a towel change during 4 night stay. Hopefully they do at least one towel change in a week • Sole Mio apartments are on a hill (as whole Herceg Novi is) & ~4 rows of houses behind the sea. So it was a bit steep up-hill walk back to the apartment from the beach, but fortunately it was not all stairs (there's a down hill street through Savina which is quite nice). The street main entrance to the apartments is on is a bit busier with traffic than we would've prefered, but luckily our apartment was on the other side of the building, overlooking the down-hill street which is very quite & open only to Savina complex residents / guests • Unfortunately, due to low demand, it seems the spa is not as profitable as expected & some parts of it are still in the works - example salt room. Also, no massage services were offered at an extra cost. It might be that people are just visiting the spa less during nice weather as they prefer to swim in the sea, which is totally understandable. Still, we hope this gem of a spa is discovered more & is here to stay

Отдых в "sole mio" превзошел наши ожидания! Отдыхали с сестрой в январе. Номер был комфортный, кровать удобная, на кухне можно приготовить завтрак и сварить кофе. Локация в шаговой доступности от центра города. Рядом недорогая городская парковка. А главное - каждый день наслаждались спа! Отличная сауна, бассейн и джакузи! В прохланую январскую погоду это было прекрасно! Спасибо хозяину за теплый прием!

Маленькие недостатки: не было крепления для душа на стене. Нет сковородки на кухне.

Dos días en Herceg Novi

El propietario es súper majo y muy dispuesto a ayudarte en cualquier gestión. Nuestro apartamento (2) tenía vistas al mar como ponía en la descripción. Las camas eran muy cómodas y a pesar de estar al lado de un bar no se oía nada. La cocina muy rudimentaria pero suficiente. Tuvimos mucha suerte y los dos días que nos quedamos alli tuvimos el spa para nosotros solos. El centro está a unos minutos andando. Y fuimos a una playa que se llamaba bla bla beach que era todo plancha de cemento menos un cachito de tierra que se estaba divinamente. Delante del apartamento hay sitio para aparcar el coche, son 6€/día y se paga en un kiosko que hay a mano derecha bajando un poco la calle. Y por si le sirve a alguien nosotros cenamos las dos noches en un restaurante al lado del alojamiento que se llama “Saturnus” buenos precios y la comida muy buena.

Para mi gusto habría que poner una mampara en la ducha, porque tienes una cortina cortada que no llega al suelo y aunque intentes tener cuidado empapas todo el baño.

Stefan a été accueillant et très serviable, le logement est en plein cœur d’Herceg Novi et à proximité des plages (seulement 10 minutes), nous avons eu l’accès à l’espace bien-être qui a été un réel atout au lieu

Gute Lage. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Das Apartment hatte 3 Zimmer, die funktional waren und bequeme Betten hatten. Der Saunabereich mit einem kleinen Schwimmbad waren über eine Treppe runter sehr einfach zu erreichen und unkompliziert zu nutzen. Wir konnten die Sauna nach belieben einschalten und waren fast immer alleine in dem Bereich (Vorsaison). Das war sicherlich das Highlight. Das Wohnzimmer hatte bequeme Sessel und Sofa, so dass wir mit der Familie gut entspannen konnten. Die Küche ist funktional ausgestattet. Ein sehr großer TV (65 Zoll) stand zur Verfügung. Internet war für Streaming ausreichend schnell. Der Host Stefan hat sich sehr gut gekümmert und war immer ansprechbar. In der Umgebung gab es gute Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Die Promenade zum Meer war über 178 Stufen sehr gut zu erreichen.

Die Möbel (Kleiderschrank und Kommoder) klemmten und gingen nicht ganz zu. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte, nach längerem drücken und gutem zureden. Grundsätzlich war die Ausstattung nicht hochwertig, sondern eher funktional und ok.
