Perfectly cozy and clean apartment with everything you might need

Everything is great! The apartment is cozy and perfectly clean and is equipped with everything possibly needed for life even the iron and washing machine. Great view from the terrace! Only 5-6 mins walking to the sea and the walkway with restaurants. The little shop is literally the next building so you can buy anything you need on the way from the beach. The old town is only 15 mins walking. The place really feels like home. Great owner and the caring staff. It was a great pleasure to communicate and to stay

Excellent location and spacious apartment

Outstanding location, view, and apartment. The apartment is very spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, and BEAUTIFUL balcony. You can get to the promenade/beach in 5 minutes, the old town in 15-20, if you walk along the promenade. Excellent in all regards!

The street next to the bedroom is quite noisy, you cannot sleep with the window open (thankfully, if you're hot, you can just close it and use the AC).

There's everything you need in the apartment: extra towels, kitchenware, even wine opener:). The place is quiet, (no loud music in the evenings) although the apartment is almost in the center of the city. There are cafe, restaurants and beaches not far from the apartment.

Wir hatten massive Busverspätung und der Check-in ist trotzdem reibungslos verlaufen. Das war sehr beruhigend.VIELEN DANK! Die Wohnung selbst ist top ausgestattet,als wäre man daheim,es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Lage ist klasse.Zwei Minuten bis zum Strand,der schön und nicht überfüllt war.Wir wurden auch regelmäßig gefragt ob alles o.k.sei. Was soll ich sagen?? ABSOLUT EMPFEHLENSWERT und VIELEN DANK !!

Хорошее месторасположение. Пляж, магазины и пекарни рядом. Шикарный вид с балкона, где приятно встречать день с чашкой кофе, и провожать его. Очень чистая и ухоженная квартира, имеется все необходимое для проживания. Много кухонной утвари (кастрюли, сковороды), чайник и красивая посуда. Внимательный хозяин, который всегда на связи.

Отличная квартира! Очень понравилось, что чисто и уютно. Есть всё необходимое: просторная гостиная, полностью оборудованная кухня (плита, духовка, микроволновка) и удобная спальня. Расположение просто супер — близко к центру и основным достопримечательностям. Ещё порадовал бесплатный Wi-Fi и кондиционер.

Uživanje u čistom i prostranom stanu u blizini plaže

Nama je najvažnije bilo da je stan čist i blizu plaže, i tako je bilo. Na aerodromu nas je dočekao taksi, koji nam je organizovao vlasnik apartmana (mi smo platili). Gospođa koja nas je dočekala je bila izuzetno fina i predusretljiva. Generalno, baš lepo iskustvo!

Doćićemo opet

Lepo opremljen apartman na odličnoj lokaciji. Ima sve šta vam treba a ispod apartmana ima apoteka i prodavnica. Do plaže vam treba 5min, do starog grada 10min a parking se može naći ispred kuće u žutoj zoni koji doduše košta 6€ dnevno, upalta se može izvršiti u kaficu preko puta parkinga i na više dana.

Lokacija je izvrsna za boravak van sezone. Pogled je fenomenalan. Apartman je izuzetno uredan i opremljen svim potrebnim stvarima.

Un excellent repos

Прекрасно отдохнули, квартира находится недалеко от моря, набережной, очень чистая, комфортная, в каждой комнате есть кондиционер, которые отлично и быстро нагревают помещения, есть вся необходимая кухонная утварь, бытовая техника, стиральная машинка и т. д., фактически квартира оказалась гораздо лучше, чем выглядела на фотографиях. По работе мне нужен был интернет, Wi-Fi работал без проблем. При заезде нас встретил работник, отдала ключи без каких-либо проблем, провела нас до центра города, где нас зарегистрировала в турагентстве. Рядом в шаговой доступности пара продуктовых магазинов, несколько кафе, отличный мясной магазин («Mesara»), где сразу же и приготовить могут любой из выбранных там продуктов. Отдельное хочется сказать спасибо владельцу апартаментов за организацию трансфера из аэропорта.

Дорога до набережной крутая, но, правда, это лучше, чем по лестницам подниматься. Город не плоский.

Прекрасные апартаменты с изумительным видом на море с очень удобным расположением!

Апартаменты расположены в районе Савина - самом лучшем районе Херцег Нови! Здесь тихо, до Старого Города, крепости Форте Маре и Шквера- пешком 10 минут, до монастыря Савина - меньше 10 минут, до моря рукой подать - просто спуститься по дорожке два поворота 5 минут (без ступенек!) до набережной, где сразу же перед вами два замечательных ресторана, прогулочная дорога вдоль всей набережной и множество пляжей на выбор прямо друг за другом! Вода чистейшая, пляжи можно найти и бетонные, и галечные и местно-песчаные(очень мелкие камушки чуть крупнее песка) в шаговой доступности. Прямо рядом с апартаментами- аптека, небольшой магазин и известная местным мясная лавка, где могут сразу же вам и приготовить мясо на гриле- инфраструктура прекрасная, можно найти все необходимое в шаговой доступности. Сами апартаменты просторные и чистые, аккуратные, в обеих комнатах есть тихий кондиционер, имеется и стиральная машина и фен, оборудованная кухня со всем необходимым, просторные шкафы -всё уютно и продумано для жизни! Вайфай работал без проблем. Вид с террасы на море - выше всяких похвал! Прямо перед вашими глазами ярко синее море - хоть картины рисуй! Высокий этаж, соленый воздух с моря и прекрасный обзор! Имеется выдвижной тент от солнца и столик со стульями. Терраса просто фантастическая! Заселиться просто и быстро, персонал приветлив, аккуратен и исполнителен, коммуникация с хозяином отличная - Николай интересуется все ли хорошо, удобно ли для вас, всегда на связи, если вам что-то понадобится, гостиприимен. В подъезде всего несколько апартаментов; вам дадут ключ от апартаментов и ключ от входной двери в подъезд, где внизу кто-то что-то оставляет без проблем- высокая безопасность места. В общем и целом - всем рекомендую! Здесь всё прекрасно: и терраса, и сами апартаменты, и персонал, и инфраструктура, и город! Это - место, куда вам захочется вернуться!

Отличное расположение, в нескольких минутах ходьбы от пляжа. Достаточно большой балкон, с прекрасным видом. На нем понравилось пить утром кофе. В апартаментах было чисто. В спальне кровать с хорошим матрасом. Комфортная кухня, плита небольшая, но готовить удобно. Есть чайник, микроволновка. Рядом с апартаментами есть магазины, кафе, и длинная набережная по которой удобно гулять и где находятся рестораны/бары. Хорошие хозяева, подсказали что посмотреть в городе, куда сходить.
