We felt horrible, we escaped early in the morning.

The host was nice and friendly. He also helped me park my car. Although he charged 10€ for a few hours.

There was no window in the room, let alone one that looked out to the sea. The whole room was like a prison. The cleanliness was disastrous. The shower was moldy, the furniture was very worn out, we both got 3 sheets of toilet paper a day. They were talking loudly all night right next to the room, sometimes I felt like they were in our room. And I could go on and on.....

Apartment close to the sea but with forgetful staff

Good filling of apparatuses, there is a kettle, tiles, cutlery. you can see some of the sea from the balcony. the beach is very close

The employee did not register me, although he should have done it, we spoke about it. as a result, I had problems at the border and had to pay a fine. That's why my score is so low. Check that this service is provided to you! Also no one meets you at the place, you had to wait for the employee until he comes.

Good apartment just 50 meters away from the beach. Good price.

No blankets in the room only an oversheet. It was hot in Montenegro during my stay, so could do without. But even when it's hot i prefer some blanket on me.

I got betrer room, with the best view. Apartman is very close to the beach and key,. Close to the clubs and restaurants, but far enough to avoid the noise

No one answered the phone, or was at the property during check-in hours. I had to wait one hour in front of tge building before I could enter.

Well equipped appartment, close to the sea, balcony. The quality of the rooms has a range between 1 and 10, that' s why the reviws are so different. I got a nice room which I reserved. Be sure that you get the same room as the one you reserved.

Exceptional location, owners are totally guest oriented and further beyond kind and cool, place is clean and cozy with overall good vibes. Maslina (The Olive) guest house is the place you keep coming back to.

Poor quality for the price

Location is great. Very close to the sea.

No toilet roll provided, the sheet provided was a single sheet for a double bed. The bed slats were broken in places so one side of the bed sinks; the shower leaks into the bathroom. The sea view is barely visible. The ‘gym’ is a bench press. The rest of the equipment is covered in cobwebs.

Čisto jeste, ali je baš staro, neulagano, regal neprovetravan, oseća se na staro, ustajalo...tenda gotova za menjanje. Blizina apartmana je jedino dobro, i pogled na more nije loš, da nema one ružne kuće ispred.

APARTAMENTOS SIN AGUA CORRIENTE

Solo hay agua (en el mejor de los casos), durante 4 horas al día: de 7 a 9 de la mañana y de 7 a 9 de la noche. El resto del día no hay agua, ni siquiera para la cisterna del WC… Hicimos la reserva con 2 meses de antelación, pero el hombre no pensó en darnos esa información hasta justo el momento después de pagar. Que casualidad… 40º a la sombra, y sin agua… Volver de la playa y no poder ducharse… Imaginad tener que planificar unas vacaciones en base a qué hora vas a poder ducharte o a qué hora vas a poder ir al WC. Tuvimos que acudir frecuentemente a los restaurantes de la zona para poder ir al WC, y comprar agua embotellada para mantener una mínima higiene. Según el propietario es generalizado en la zona, y al no ser culpa suya se desentendía del problema. Sinceramente, si no puedes ofrecer unas condiciones mínimas de habitabilidad, no deberías alquilar apartamentos. Otras cosas negativas a tener en cuenta, la poca privacidad de la habitación y el ruido constante. El wifi funcionaba a ratos.

Si tuviese agua corriente, diría que tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. Pero sin agua, no hay calidad alguna… Está ubicado a pocos metros de la playa y se puede llegar a pie al casco antiguo.
