Everything was just perfect. The flower-covered terrace is absolutely gorgeous, and the apartment itself is spacious and cozy. I was especially impressed with how clean everything was when we arrived (I’m usually very particular about cleanliness). There was nothing to complain about.
I’d also like to mention the building itself. It’s really lovely. Even in the heat (we stayed in mid-June), it stayed pleasantly cool inside, which was a big plus.
It’s hard to think of any real downsides. To be completely objective, I’d only mention that since the apartment is located right in the old town and Herceg Novi has an active cultural life, you might hear music from live concerts at night from Saturday to Sunday. The rest of the week was quiet enough. So honestly, in my case, it added to the atmosphere (I’d even consider it a bonus).

Firm bed. Nice apartment. Everything we needed. Excellent cafe opposite so great for breakfast or brunch as not on the tourist trail but close enough also easy walk to/from the bus station. Local buses to kotor or podgorica are very reliable and cheap
Sea view was mostly blocked by a giant tree, but this isn't a big complaint as everything else was great. Flexibus partner to dubrovnik was as usual 2 hours late due to traffic around kotor (lots of tourist traffic on single track road)

Очень уютные апартаменты: свежий ремонт, удобная кровать, все эстетично и функционально! Прекрасная локация: прямо напротив хорошее кафе, рядом кофейни с хорошим кофе.
Надо иметь в виду, что это центр, потому до 1 часа ночи музыка гремит) но так будет почти в каждой центральной локации.
