Excellent location to everything. Car parking was a major bonus for the area.
Property inside is showing some wear and tear. It was nothing usual for a private flat vs a hotel accommodation.

Big, modern, warm, light, with nice small garden and parking. Comfortable beds. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Gute Lage - nur ein paar Minuten in die Innenstadt und 10 min ans Meer (auch wenn es recht schweißtreibend ist, da man auf dem Rückweg wieder nach oben muss ;)). Eigener Parkplatz, kleine Terrasse und Sitzmöbel draußen,
Bett bequem, Vermieterin super nett und zuvorkommend.
Großes geräumiges Apartment, funktionale kleine Küche, Bad mit Waschmaschine.
Leider war es im Bad und in der Küche nicht ganz sauber, aber das lag wohl daran, dass die Putzfrau krank war und ein Ersatz eingesprungen war.
Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer funktioniert super, im Schlafzimmer war aber leider keine vorhanden.

Хочу поделиться впечатлением о проживании. К сожалению, общее ощущение от места было немного тяжёлым — атмосфера показалась не очень уютной. Также хотелось бы отметить, что чистота могла бы быть лучше.
Но отдельно хочется отметить сотрудницу Сюзанну — очень добрая, отзывчивая и приятная женщина. Она оставила самое тёплое впечатление своим отношением и готовностью помочь.
Очень крутая атмосфера на веранде: свой кумкват, мандарины.
Ещё один момент — довольно шумные соседи, из-за чего не всегда удавалось спокойно отдохнуть. Такси не спускается прямо к месту проживания, поэтому с чемоданами пришлось подниматься в гору, что было не очень удобно. В ванной комнате холодные полы, что было не очень комфортно.
