Spacious and cozy room

The room was very spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay , from small details to thoughtful amenities. It was really nice to arrive and immediately feel at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help and answer any questions.

The only downside was a large construction site right next to the hotel, and all our windows faced it. Because of that, it was noisy and uncomfortable to open the windows.

Spacious and comfortable

The apartment we rented was spacious, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the ample parking space available on-site.

We experienced a water shortage during our stay, with no running water for most of the day, which unfortunately affected our experience. However, the staff did inform us about this in advance and provided bottled water, which was thoughtful.

Great place

It truly feels like staying in your own apartment rather than just a hotel. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, comfortable, with a lovely terrace and fully equipped with everything you need. Everything was clean. The staff were outstanding – very friendly and always ready to help with anything. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back again.

Amazing staff, great location, and comfortable accommodations. Our stay was wonderful thanks to the hospitality team. The apartments are relatively close to the water (10 minute walk down a moderately steep hill) and had very little noise during our stay.

Nice new hotel close to main road and to the beach

Location is very convenient, close to the main road. Walking distance to the beach (10 min max). Pet friendly! Person at the reception was very helpful for all questions we had.. Next time in Igalo - this is the place we would choose to stay again!

Super comfortable spacious apartment, nice interior design. Very convenient living room, spacious bedrooms, beds are very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Underground parking with elevator, Friendly personnel. Access to the beach is OK but you have to take into account that climbing back to the apartments may be tiring on the day heat. Cute frogs' songs heard on the balcony in the evening :)

Construction works near the hotel (only daytime and did not bother us). Just couple minor notes for the stuff to pay attention for: The drain in one of the showers was clogged (but friendly personnel gave us a plunger :)) Jalousie on the balcony window need repair.

Beautiful place to stay with friendly staff close to everything you want or need.

The location was great. They have construction next door but with the windows and shutters closed, it was fine. I also travel with earplugs so did not notice it at all. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the beach (fine down, steep back towards the hotel). The beaches to the right have shallow water, but there are lots of beaches to the left on the way towards Herceg Novi. There is also a grocery store 5 minutes' walk to the left. The staff was very nice. The room was large with nice-sized closets, very clean, and well appointed. Most important, and what I look for in all my travels: the bed was wildly comfortable!

They had just completed renovation on my room and had not put up the shutters in the living room yet. This would have been fine if the bedroom door were closed, but the only air conditioning was in the living room, so I had to sleep with the door open. Close to solstice, the sun started rising around 5:30...which meant I was wide awake by 6-6:30. I talked with the front office about this and they said they were planning on replacing it soon. The parking garage was a nice touch but I do not think it will have enough spots when the place is fully booked in July and August because it was already pretty full (and with a few people who took more than one spot because they could not fit their cars into the tight spots).

Nice new building with new apartments which were enough equipped.

Hotel is far from the center and the sea. Not really a sea view. Next to the hogel is a huge construction going on which we had a view on and in the morning woke us up.

The apartment was lovely, staff super helpful and friendly. They gave me a late check out and extended it further when my husband was delayed picking me up. Highly recommend.

Great hotel, clean rooms, wonderful and flexible staff. A short downhill walk from the beach and the restaurant easily accessible by foot. If we go back to Hercig Novi, we will go there again.

Hotel with nice apartments in safe area. would recommend, especially for families.

Safe area, family friendly hotel with nice and clean apartments. we had everything we needed. kitchen seemed to be well equipped, we didn't really use it. Hotel staff has been kind and approachable. I asked for few things, they've been helpful and managed my issues very quick! the beach is down the hill (dead end, if you go by car), partly privatized. many restaurants and cafes.

Fabulous, clean apartment with plenty of space

We had a great stay! The apartment was huge, super clean and the staff were lovely.

The A/C is only in the living area, not the bedroom. We were super super hot at night.
